The Outpatient Rehabilitation Center of Memorial Healthcare System offers services in several convenient locations. The innovative and individualized programs are designed to help restore and improve our patients' function and quality of life through a unique patient- and family-centered care experience.

We treat a wide variety of conditions and offer diverse specialized care. Our knowledgeable and caring team of professionals works to design safe and comprehensive therapeutic programs. We strive to adhere to the highest standards of quality, and we are committed to helping patients in their efforts to achieve their optimal functional level of independence.

Our medically supervised, monitored programs include adult rehabilitation and pediatric rehabilitation. Our rehabilitation services are CARF accredited (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and recognized for providing high-level quality care.

We Are Not Just Another Rehabilitation Center

Each illness or injury is unique. Our caring, experienced staff provides a comprehensive array of rehabilitation services, customized for each individual – all with the objective of improving quality of life.

The majority of our staff members have multiple years of experience in their areas of expertise. Our team includes registered physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, registered occupational therapists, certified speech and language pathologists, certified hand therapists, certified lymphedema therapists, certified pelvic rehab therapists, vestibular therapists and audiologists. These professionals work collaboratively to design a program that is right for you or your loved one. Therapies are provided five to six days a week using some of the latest technology and therapeutic techniques.

Our services include assessment, personalized program development and continual monitoring of progress to encourage patients to reach their full potential.
