Once the team felt Moise was ready to confront the real world and be independent in his affairs, he graduated from Inpatient to Outpatient Care. As an Outpatient, Moise continued to work with an interdisciplinary team of doctors and therapist who went beyond in everything they did to get him back to his MAX. It was during this time, and against all odds, that he started riding a stationary bicycle. Little did he know this would lead him to new and uncharted territory, as he made it his goal to compete in the 2016 Paraolympics.
